“Remote auditing was certainly not what we wanted in the beginning. People sometimes find an audit quite exciting. If you must show things via Teams or Skype this is even more exciting, because not everyone is used to these programs.
After the first audit it turned out that people really liked it and we will certainly see more use of it in the future. But, personal contact is important so onsite audits have to remain.”
